   umm, meant “rips” of course. I first heard this song years back on my way to work, and just came unglued. Almost couldn’t go into work I was crying so hard. Still gets to me.

   Awesome and profound insights, and I can only achingly imagine how much greater are the numbers of young people today who will see themselves in these lyrics, should they ever hear them…………..

   I can’t believe the fantastic old music I am finding on YT. I have this on vinyl and need to transfer it to CD. I love her comedic songs, but this one reps my heart out!

   I haven’t heard this song in 20 years and somehow found myself thinking about it today. It’s wonderful and amazing that I can look it up on youtube and- here it is! With only 2 views, yet. Thank you for posting it.
